What to learn:
From your personal posture, we will analyse before your first session your posture, your cadence, your technic and where are the possible problems on your body.
We will improve your muscle tone in order to protect your bones and joints. You will learn how to train by yourself for your best activity.
We are normally recommend between sessions a time of improvement by yourself about 2 weeks.
