Conditions of Use Package
- This course teaches for everyone ( for members age over 10 years old )
- Duration of training 60 minutes per classes ( 9 students per group class )
- What to wear ? - should wear a sport wear, Capri pants for fitness Thick fabric or leggings and socks
- Classes are offered 7 days as the schedule
- Period of a package enable to make a reservation within 30 days from the date of your applied
- Duration of study from your first class until the end of validity's package
- Reserve classes 1 day in advance. Cancelation classes 1 day before 10 pm. Otherwise, the system will be auto deduct a class into your package in any cause
- The right to access the service in accordance with the terms and conditions of The Balance Studio only
- Can not be exchanged for cash
- Can not be combined with any other discount

The Balance Studio Reformer
The Reformer is the most popular and versatile piece of Pilates equipment. It has a carriage that glides on rails, with attached springs, pulleys, and ropes. Springs and body weight provide resistance as users sit, kneel, stand, or lie on the carriage, using arms or legs to push and pull. The Reformer assists you in performing safe and controlled movements with no gravity.
This is ideal to focus very precise on individual muscle groups. It is used to help in rehabilitation and in progressing quickly.
Reformer classes are designed with an all over body workout in mind, allowing different levels of an exercise to accommodate all strengths and weaknesses. Participants learn how merging the elements of core control, correct breathing and proper alignment can give a holistic fitness workout, allowing smooth continuous movements to be achieved and leaving them energized.
Simply the best way to learn and experience pilates is through a private lesson where for one hour an instructor is devoted to you and your pilates experience. Each lesson is tailored to your individual needs and goals with time spent on the pilates equipment and occasionally mat. Lessons are scheduled Monday through Saturday by appointment. DUO PILATES BANGKOK
Two students with one instructor. You will utilize the Pilates equipment, mat and props in your one hour training session. This is a great solution for two students who would like to work out together and is less expensive than a private lesson. We can try to pair you up with another student, but find it best if you choose your own partner or come in with a friend. By appointment only and scheduled Monday through Saturday.
