หลักสูตรครูสอนพิลาทีส Polestar Pilates Reformer นี้ เป็นการเรียนในวันหยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์ ตลอดทั้งหลักสูตร โดยเป็นการเรียนเดือนละครั้ง ในวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์สุดท้ายของเดือน จึงเหมาะเป็นอย่างยิ่งสำหรับผู้ที่ทำงานประจำ สามารถสมัครเรียนได้โดยไม่ติดเรื่องเวลางานประจำที่ทำอยู่ในวันธรรมดา และที่สำคัญหลักสูตรครูสอนพิลาทีส Reformer ของ Polestar Pilates ยังเปิดกว้างสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไปสามารถสมัครเรียนได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเคยเรียน Pilates Mat มาก่อน

ระยะเวลาการเรียนในคลาสเรียน รวม 61 ชม. + ฝึกปฏิบัติ และการสังเกตการณ์สอน รวมแล้ว 186 ชม.

รายละเอียดการเรียน ดังนี้

• Gateway Online ใช้เวลาเรียน 3 ชม. เรียนบนระบบออนไลน์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ และต้องเรียนให้จบก่อนเริ่ม คลาส Gateway Reformer
• เสาร์-อาทิตย์ เวลา 9:00-17:00 น. เรียน Gateway Reformer : รวม 16 ชม. 
• Polestar Principles Online (PP Online): ใช้เวลาเรียน 10 ชม. เรียนบนระบบออนไลน์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ และต้องเรียนให้จบก่อนเริ่ม คลาส Reformer Intermediate 
• เสาร์-อาทิตย์ เวลา 9:00-17:00 น. เรียน Reformer Intermediate: รวม 16 ชม.
• เสาร์-อาทิตย์ เวลา 9:00-17:00 น. เรียน Reformer Advanced: รวม 16 ชม.

หมายเหตุ: ก่อนเริ่มเรียนหลักสูตรครูสอนพิลาทีสนี้ ผู้เรียนจะต้องผ่านการเรียนพิลาทีส รีฟอเมอร์มาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 25 ชม. (หลักสูตรนี้ไม่มีการบังคับให้ต้องเรียนพิลาทีสแมทมาก่อนแต่อย่างใด) และมีความรู้ด้าน Anatomy มาแล้ว ไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ชม. สนใจเรียนคอร์สอนาโตมีเพิ่มเติม คลิก

Requirements Pilates Instructor training course Bangkok

25 hours of private or group Pilates classes (recommended).
Basic knowledge of Anatomy or Anatomy Course.
We offer also a course of Anatomy (Optional - not part of Polestar Course) for Pilates to learn in 2 days - 2 hours per day everything you need to follow correctly the Pilates instructor training reformer course.

Pilates instructor training reformer - Exam

After the successful completion of the course and study hours, students are ready for the Exam of Polestar Pilates qualification. We will measure, validate and confirm your level competency as an effective Pilates teacher. The Polestar qualification is really respected all over the world.
